Do I need to upload or rebuild my catalog?

No. Skinalyze uses the products already in your Shopify catalog and reads their titles, descriptions, and tags to find relevant matches.

Where does the widget appear?

The theme app extension adds the shopper experience to your storefront. You enable and position it through Shopify's theme customization tools without editing theme source code.

Are customer selfies saved?

Skinalyze uses the photo to fulfill the analysis request and does not store it in the app database or attach it to a named shopper identity. See the privacy policy for complete details.

What happens when my store reaches its scan limit?

New scans pause for the remainder of the billing period unless the merchant changes to a plan with more capacity. Shoppers receive a neutral availability message rather than billing language.

How does the free trial work?

Each plan includes a 3-day free trial managed through Shopify billing. You can change or cancel the subscription from your Shopify admin.
